Investments Proposals

As explained, the DAO structure of the fund allows for Investment Proposals to be sourced both by the GP team and by investors, hence enriching the fund pipeline potential. In order to feed prospects to the fund’s funnel, proposals shall follow the guidelines described below.

Investment Proposal Document

An Investment Proposal document shall consist of a short summary of the potential project, its value proposition, its investment thesis, and the anticipated outcomes and timescales of an investment including:

• Project name and contact information

• Team description

• Project description

• Existing investors, cap table, etc.

• Project smart contract addresses

• Terms of the proposed investment

This Investment Proposal document will serve as an introduction to the other members of the DAO in order for them to vote for its further analysis after which it will be submitted to the voting of the Investment Committee of the DAO.

• MVP + USDC 200.000

• Late Stage Startups + USDC 300.000
