NotVC General Partners have extensive experience in investing and managing projects in the Web3 space. The GPs will have the goal of managing the fund and efficiently deploying capital in the most interesting potential teams of the Web3 universe.

The weight of the votes of the GPs and the Investors will depend according to the different categories of decisions which will be made by simple majority. The GPs will also design the mechanism by which Investors may put up new investment proposals for voting as shown in the DAO section below.
